Vintage Italian Colnago Master Olympic Art Decor model, only in production for one year (1994) from what I can tell. This bike has a Gilco Design Columbus steel tubing construction with beautiful chromed lugs and forks. The beautiful paint job is in close to perfect condition but there is one blemish on the top tube that has been touched up (see photo). The chromed pieces are in good shape. Other than that I have babied this bike and it is in extremely good condition considering its age. Total build weight including everything is 21 lbs. according to my relatively crude, bathroom scale method. I am a lover of Colnago's and I purchased this about 2 years ago to add to the two carbon fiber Colnago's I already had (C59 & C64). I just purchased an e-mountain bike so I'm "thinning the herd" at this point. The ride is amazingly smooth and precise, aided in part by the fact that the steel frame has been complemented by modern components, in particular the Shimano Ultegra R8000 (2x11) groupset ($900 cost) plus a Mavic Cosmic Carbon SLE Exalith clincher wheelset ($1,000). I'm also including an extra set (F&R) of brand new Exalith brake pads which cost almost $50. So while it is a beautiful and elegant bike, it is certainly not a pure example of this classic bike AS BUILT back in 1994. I am not really a collector, I like to RIDE all of the bikes I have on a regular basis. So if you're a purist this bike may not be for you. However, if you love Colnago's and appreciate vintage design, plus the practical benefits of modern components, you will love this bike as I have! It rides incredibly smooth, climbs and descends hills with confidence, and feels exceptionally light and nimble. In order to tweek the fit for my 5'9" frame I added a Ritchey adjustable stem that allows the rider to dial in handlebar angle/height to their liking (see photos). The actual size is not stamped anywhere on the frame that I can find, however, it is 53 cm for the top tube (from the center of the seat post to the center of the head tube, and 53 cm for the seat tube (from the top of the seat tube to the center of the bottom bracket). It should fit anybody from 5'7" to 5'11" comfortably with the positioning adjustments available. The cost of the almost-new added components make the asking price for this package a bargain. I'm also including the original handlebars, stem, and seat post that came with the bike but are not currently installed (see photo). Pedals shown in photos are NOT included. I have some flat pedals I will throw in if you need pedals.
